We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, primarily through the “Get a Free Estimate” form on our Contact page. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and the details you share about your project. We do not require account registration, and we do not collect payment information through this website.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your quote request: to contact you by phone or email, prepare an estimate, and schedule work if you choose to proceed. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Store Your Information
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent directly by email to our business inbox and are not stored in a public-facing database. If a submission is incomplete or contains an error, we temporarily retain the entered values for up to 10 minutes so the form can be resubmitted without retyping everything; this temporary copy is deleted automatically once used or after it expires.
Third-Party Services
Our Contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our business location, and our homepage displays a Google Reviews widget (provided by Trustindex) showing publicly posted reviews. These embedded services are provided by Google and Trustindex respectively, and may set their own cookies or collect data about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policies:
